DRAWN CUP NEEDLE ROLLER BEARINGS

It's about what you do

Drawn cups make equipment downsizing and lightweighting possible by offering the thinnest outer ring of all rolling bearings. They cut down on cost and complication, installing easily with a press fit—no need for snap rings, collars or housing shoulders—and the outer ring is accurately drawn to serve as the outer raceway without subsequent machining.

Available in full complement or caged designs, in sizes 1/8 in. to 5-1/2 in. bore (3 mm - 139.7 mm).

WHEN THE PRESSURE'S ON

PUMP UP THE SAVINGS

JTEKT's heavy duty drawn cup needle roller bearings feature thicker walls and can often meet the capacity and tolerance requirements to get the job done right for less. Let us take a look to see if swapping makes cents.

[RE]TESTING THE LIMITS

The automotive industry's need for more efficient powertrains and new electric platforms have driven recent radial needle roller bearing positions to withstand higher rotational speeds and larger pitch diameters. These challenges have sent some back to the drawing board. Us? We went back to the test bench and the results are in—bring on electrification!
