Forbes Magazine Names JNA to 2019 America's Best Large Employer List

Greenville, SC (April 26, 2019)—JTEKT North America (JNA), a subsidiary of JTEKT Corporation, has made the list of Forbes 2019 America’s Best Large Employers in the Automotive and Automotive Supplier sector. The list highlights the top 500 companies with more than 5000 employees in the U.S. across 25 different industries.

Nearly 50,000 employees of U.S. companies were surveyed to compile the America’s Best Employer Lists, which were then categorized by large and midsize companies. The employees were contacted via online surveys that allowed respondents to remain anonymous and answer without employer influence.

Some highlights of working at JNA include the broad spectrum of career paths, support for education advancement, professional development training, global travel, and location flexibility.  Additionally, associates are extremely active in their respective communities and JNA strongly supports philanthropic and volunteer efforts as part of JTEKT’s global corporate social responsibility program.
